Extrude Sign Assembly

The assembly kit includes 2 double face plates, 1 post cap, 1 90-degree bracket and a set of screws.The 6 3/4 inch-high extruded aluminum plates are 0.091 gauge, and is designed to withstand high winds. These plates have wording on both sides and are 24 inch, 30 inch, or 36 inch wide as necessary.The standard typestyle is Highway Gothic. The lettering is reflective on colored plates and nonreflective on white plates. For extruded plates, the upper-case height is 4 inches and 2 inches for prefixes, suffixes and block numbers.NOTE: Section 2D-39 of the MUTCD recommends reflective street name signs with a minimum of 6 inch uppercase letters. 4 1/2 inch lowercase letters and 3 inch abbreviations, prefixes, etc. Our 9 inch street name plates meet this requirement.Extruded assembly hardware is pressure treated aluminum with SUPR-LOK saw-tooth edge for maximum grip. This includes your choice of post cap for tubular or U-channel and square posts. 4-way assemblies also include a 90-degree bracket. All set screws (zinc plated) and Allen wrench are also included.
