Our Guarantee
SA-SO guarantees to repair or replace any of its manufactured products if defective when
delivered to the customer. SA-SO disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer’s warranties apply to other products.
SA-SO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
including loss of profits or income arising directly or indirectly from any of SA-SO’s
(or other manufacturer’s) products, actions, or inactions, regardless of whether SA-SO
had any knowledge that such damages might be incurred.
Returns
To help us process your return quickly:
- Please call Customer Service and advise that you need to make a return. You will be
assigned a return authorization number. Call 972-641-4911 or 800-527-2450, 8 a.m.–9 p.m., ET, M-F
- Pack the item carefully and be certain your return address is clearly shown. Please
pre-pay shipping, if necessary.
- Include in the package your name, address, and invoice number.
- Please give a brief description of the reason for the return to help us serve you
better in the future.

Shipping
Thousands of products and signs are in stock and will ship F.O.B. Grand Prairie, Texas.
Some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, F.O.B. that location.
Unless instructed otherwise, we will send your merchandise the most efficient way,
either UPS, parcel post, or motor freight. If you need expedited delivery, call Customer
Service at 972-641-4911 or 800-527-2450. To deliver your order without delay, always give your street address. We will add shipping and handling charges to your invoice.
Order/Ship Confirmations
To better serve you, we will automatically verify your mail or fax order with an
e-mail, using the address that was confirmed at the time of the order. Also, when the order
ships, we will notify you by e-mail and include the shipper tracking number (when
available). On occasion, you will receive e-mail or fax reorder reminders and product

Pricing

Payment
All orders are subject to approval. For open credit orders, minimum opening purchase is $150.00. Payment for all products and services is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Customer agrees to pay interest at 1.5% per month for payments later than 30 days and all reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency and legal fees. Customer authorizes requests for credit information from any credit service agency.
Customers may pre-pay by check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
As an added convenience to our government customers, we accept the I.M.P.A.C. card.
It’s Easy to Set Up an Open Account!
We’ll gladly bill your company for catalog orders once you've established credit. We’ll mail an invoice at the time your product is shipped, with payment due upon receipt of the invoice. Pre-payment of your first order, by check or credit card,
establishes your credit. Otherwise, please provide two trade references (company name plus
phone and/or fax number), bank account number, and phone number.
Custom Products
SA-SO is proud to provide merchandise made to your exact specifications. Custom
products are returnable only if we make an error.
Tax
TX residents add appropriate sales tax.
